Our Event Spaces
The Gathering Room
The Inn's largest venue with approximately 2,400 sq. ft. of divisible space. Showcasing high ceilings and a relaxed pre-function area, The Gathering Room is suited for meetings, receptions, and special events for 20 – 150 guests.
A neutral color palette allows you to plan the ideal event or group meeting. This space is divisible into two smaller rooms for those social events of 70 or fewer.
The Sycamore Room
Offering 830 sq. ft., The Sycamore Room is an ideal location for smaller meetings and events accommodating 10 – 60 guests. With large floor to ceiling windows, this space provides natural lighting overlooking the Inn's peaceful garden. With direct access to the Swarthmore Campus & Community Store, this versatile space would be ideal for book signings to even break-out space for larger groups using The Gathering Room.
The Ingleneuk Room
Named in honor of Swarthmore's beloved Ingleneuk Tea Room, this space is adjacent to the Broad Table Tavern and is an ideal location for private dining needs. The Ingleneuk Room can seat up to 16 guests comfortably. Equipped with a flat panel LCD screen, your catered event can turn into a productive meeting as well.
