Our Signature Meeting & Event Rooms
We feature three distinct spaces that can be tailored to your specific needs, accommodating everything from intimate private dining to grand receptions.
1. The Gathering Room: For Grand Visions and Large Groups. As our largest venue, The Gathering Room offers approximately 2,400 sq. ft. of premium event space. With high ceilings and a neutral color palette, it serves as a blank canvas for your vision.

- Capacity: 20 – 150 guests.
- Key Features: A relaxed pre-function area for registration or networking and divisible walls that allow the space to be split into two smaller rooms for groups of 70 or fewer.
- Best For: Conferences, gala dinners, and large-scale corporate presentations.
2. The Sycamore Room: Natural Light and Creative Energy The Sycamore Room is an 830 sq. ft. space that highlights our deep connection to the local landscape and the Swarthmore campus.

- Capacity: 10 – 60 guests.
- Key Features: Stunning floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking our peaceful garden provide abundant natural light. It also features direct access to the Swarthmore Campus & Community Store.
- Best For: Book signings, mid-sized team workshops, or as a breakout room for larger events in The Gathering Room.
3. The Ingleneuk Room: A Nod to Local History Named in honor of the historic Ingleneuk Tea Room, this space offers a cozy yet professional atmosphere. Located adjacent to the Broad Table Tavern, it perfectly balances business and leisure.

- Capacity: Up to 16 guests.
- Key Features: Equipped with a flat-panel LCD screen and executive-style seating.
- Best For: Private board meetings, high-level strategy sessions, and intimate private dining experiences.
